The holiday flat for 2 to 5 people at Landhaus Isser is idyllically located on the edge of the forest and guarantees a relaxing holiday with this location.
Yet you are only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Seefeld.

You will be staying in a spacious 3-room flat: The living room with beautiful dining area and comfortable sofa bed offers a cosy ambience for spending time together, before 2 separate bedrooms - each with shower and WC - promise a restful night's sleep.
Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and much more is available. For breakfast we offer bread service if you want. Also 2 SAT-HD TVs, Netflix reception in the living room and free fast W-LAN are part of our equipment.

As the name suggests, our flat also stands for an impressive-beautiful panoramic view. A private garden with arbour and Hollywood swing, a gas barbecue including dining area as well as garden chairs and loungers make the holiday realm perfect, also for your dog, who is very welcome here.

Children feel just as comfortable as adults in the Panorama Apartment Isser: From outdoor fun with table tennis or badminton to entertainment with board and card games, books, Lego and doll's house, the best variety is provided. Of course, a high chair as well as a safe cot is also available.

A storage room for your suitcases or skis, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as the covered car parking space directly at the house round off the extensive offer.

Whether summer or winter: The free shuttle bus invites you every 40 minutes for a tour of the village and takes you to the Seefeld centre. The bus stop is only a minute's walk away.

Look forward to walking and hiking excursions, the varied culinary offerings of the restaurants in the village, (almost) unlimited cross-country skiing pleasure as well as fun on the slopes in the Seefeld ski areas for every generation.

The heart of the holiday apartment is the cosy, large living room. There are shelves and cupboards for glasses, documents, games, a safe, books and everything you want to have at hand.

In addition to a comfortable corner bench with seating for up to six people, ideal for eating, drinking, playing and talking together, there is also a comfortable couch (can be pulled out as a sleeping couch if required), ideal for relaxing, reading or watching television. In addition to a radio, there is a TV with DVD player, satellite reception and Netflix.

The apartment has two bedrooms. 
This one offers a large XL - double bed (180 x 200), a washing facility with hairdryer, a box and a chest of drawers, as well as enough space for an additional bed or a cot.
There are sufficient towels, bath towels and bed linen available.

The second bedroom has a modern design. In addition to a full-size double bed (160 x 200) there is a wardrobe with a large mirror, shelves and a table. There is also a TV with satellite reception and DVD player, as well as a washing facility and a shower and toilet, making you independent. Entering the other rooms is only necessary for the common meal and times together, thus your privacy always remains protected.

The new kitchen of the apartment is very well equipped: In addition to the fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric stove and a large oven, there is also a dishwasher.

Of course there is also a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave oven and a sufficient crockery, a cutlery and cooking utensils. We even thought of the kitchen roll and the cooking apron.

Directly in front of the apartment there is a cozy covered private gazebo with a wonderful view over Seefeld.

Ideal for breakfast, eating, reading, playing and maybe for a comfortable evening with a glass of wine … smoking is allowed here.
